1 General Terms

This document is a legal agreement between the jililive platform and its users. These terms and conditions apply to the use of any service provided through this website or mobile application. By creating an account, accessing the site, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these terms.

jililive reserves the right to change these terms in part or in full at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change is made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

In these terms, "platform" refers to jililive's website, mobile app and all related services. "Member" or "user" refers to any individual who holds a registered account.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

Information required at registration

• Full correct name — matching your National ID card
• Active mobile number — for OTP verification
• Date of birth — for age verification
• Email address — for account security

If information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, jililive reserves the right to verify and, if necessary, suspend the account at any time. Members are responsible for keeping their account login details secure and must immediately notify the support team of any unauthorised access.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the jililive platform is 21 years. A National ID card, passport or birth certificate may be requested to verify age at the time of registration or at any later stage. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

In addition, individuals who have voluntarily declared a self-exclusion from betting are not eligible to use this platform. If such an account is identified, it will be closed immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jililive currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks are supported.

Minimum amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

Withdrawal processing time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be longer if account verification is incomplete or a security check is required.

Withdrawals are sent back via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed — the account holder and the payment method holder must be the same person.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus offer at jililive has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms are provided below.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

General bonus rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bets placed using bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirement, though jililive may set different contribution rates for specific games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If misuse of bonus offers is proven, the account may be cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on jililive, it is considered final. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error or network issue, the stake will be returned to the user's account.

Sports Betting

• Pre-match odds may be closed before a match starts.
• For live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment the bet is accepted apply.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is void, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

Casino and Slot Games

• Each game's own rules apply and can be viewed when the game is launched.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, the results of rounds completed before the error will remain valid.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jililive platform. If detected, the account may be closed and any winnings forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Accessing or operating another person's account
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Conducting betting activity on behalf of a minor

If evidence of such activity is found, jililive reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jililive may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Refusal or failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Suspicious betting patterns or irregular transactions
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Closure requested by the member

Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned after the verification process is complete, unless it was obtained through prohibited activity.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

jililive is committed to protecting members' personal information. All transactions and communications are secured using SSL encryption technology. Personal data is not sold to any third party.
